Lennart Rodhe
was born in Stockholm in 1916. At first he studied
portrait painting between 1934-40, but during 1940-44 he studied
art at the Royal Academy of art in Stockholm, where he later
became a professor (1958-68).
Lennart Rodhe has been one of the most
respected modern artists in Sweden in modern times and is still
active.
His works are on display in the countries most prestigious
galleries and museums. On display in the ArtNetGallery
are a few samples of his graphical work. Lennart Rodhe
died in 2005 at the age of 88 years.
